Yes, climbing gym customers can work in the café without a CoWorking Membership if they purchase something from the café.

We have a fair usage policy of 6 hours per month and 1 hour per day, or 12 hours per month and 2 hours per day if you are a student. 

If you exceed our fair usage policy , we’ll ask you to either buy a 1 Day CoWork pass or wait until the following calendar month before you can CoWork again.  However, for regular access and to make the most of our CoWorking facilities – like private phone booths, meeting rooms, and all the other membership perks – we recommend looking into our membership options. 

Our café service starts at 5 PM on weekdays. Before then, the café area operates as a professional CoWorking space with access also available to Casual CoWorkers and gym members who adhere to a professional etiquette.

After 5 PM on weekdays and throughout the weekend, the café transitions into a more vibrant and lively atmosphere, perfect for socialising or casual work.

Our Rhino CoWorking space will be open during our standard climbing centre hours. 

If you require extended access, please reach out with your needs, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

Contingent Works operates on extended opening times that can be found on their website.

Contingent Works are our amazing and super-professional CoWorking neighbours, located just 50 meters away. They offer all the amenities and services you’d expect from a top-tier CoWorking hub, perfect for professionals who need a flexible workspace.

Our Work & Play membership includes access to Contingent Works’ 30hrs “Flex” plan, which provides great CoWorking benefits.

If you don’t use the full 30 hrs in a month, unused hours will roll over into your next month hours bank. Similarly, you can purchase extra hours directly from Contingent Works if you feel you need some extra focus time.

The Work & Play membership includes 30 hours Flexi working at Contingent Works, but no allowance for working at Rhino. 

That said, you are welcome to Casual CoWork at Rhino if you consume something in the Cafe.

The phone booth use is exclusive to CoWorking members only. 

CoWorking members should be mindful of other coworkers needs when using the phone booth. Please refrain from using the phone booth for any meeting or call that you expect will last more than 15 mins and use the meeting room instead.

Whether you are getting 30h as part of your monthly allowance, or you purchase any 10h top up, any unused hours will roll into your following month availability forever and ever until you remain a CoWorking member.

If your CoWorking membership is terminated for any reason then any hours remaining will be forfeited and no refund will be due.

Remember you can always pause your membership if you want to take a break and not lose any accumulated hours. You can find out how to do this in the Memberships T&Cs that you can find in the footer of the website.
