Rhino Rumble III

This year the event will be split over 2 days, with the open comp running on Saturday for Adults and Sunday for Juniors, so we can keep things smooth and spread the crowd over the whole weekend!
Fun comp will be across both days for all ages, so the centre remains open to everyone whilst the open comp participants battle it out for the showcase finals!
More details are coming soon, but here are the highlights so you can plan it in:
CATEGORIES & TIMES 
- Adult (17+) open comp qualies from 13:30-16:30
- Fun comp (all ages) - from 14:00-17:00
- Adult open comp finals from 18:00-20:00
- members lock in and party from 20:00-late
Sunday 21/6
- Junior (U17) open comp qualies from 13:30-16:30
- Fun comp (all ages) - from 14:00-17:00
- Junior open comp finals from 17:45-19:45
This year we'll also have a team comp. Teams must consist of 4 climbers of 2 different genders and may be any age. You may enter the fun or open comp and be part of a team. The team with the joint highest score wins.

NICAS Fun Comp

Rhino Boulder NICAS Club members are invited to join us for an exciting youth bouldering competition designed to challenge, inspire and build confidence in a fun, supportive environment.
Categories & Schedule
Ages 8 to 11: 09:30 to 11:30
Ages 12 to 17: 12:00 to 14:00
Each category will feature 10 boulder problems, with unlimited attempts so climbers can push themselves and improve throughout the session.
Prizes
Overall prizes will be awarded across each age and gender category.
Supervision Requirements
All competitors must be supervised by an adult at a 1 to 2 ratio, unless the climber has successfully passed our youth competency assessment.

This event is only open to Rhino Boulder NICAS Club members.
Womxn's Social
Every Fri

Expect a relaxed, supportive environment where one of our friendly female team members will be on hand to offer coaching tips and help you connect with other climbers.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned crusher, these sessions are a great way to climb, share beta, and meet new people.
Monthly themes:
1st Friday: Board Social
2nd Friday: Breaking down the new set
3rd Friday: Themed session (technique, dynamic movement, training, etc.)
4th Friday: Breaking down the new set
It’s free to join, just pay your usual entry.
Plus, enjoy 20% off drinks during the social to keep you fuelled.

Adult Social

Looking to meet new people, improve your climbing, or just have a fun session in good company? Our Adult Social, every Wednesday from 7:30 pm is for you.
These relaxed evenings are all about community, whether you're brand new or have been climbing for years. You'll find a welcoming group and a friendly staff member on hand who's there to provide you with climbing tips to help you build confidence and pick up new skills.
Climb at your own pace, chat with others, and enjoy the good vibes.
No booking needed, only standard entry fees, just show up and get stuck in.
And from 7 to 10pm enjoy a beer with your friends after you've climbed , its buy one and get one at 1/2 price!

Student Friday
Every Friday
All Day
Get your weekend started right. Come for a climb any Friday and enjoy entry plus rental shoes for just £9.50.
All full time university, sixth form and college students aged sixteen or over are welcome. There is no booking required. Simply show up with your student ID and you are ready to climb.
Want to make it even better? Bring a friend who has never climbed at Rhino and your own entry drops to half price. They just need to be a full time student aged sixteen or over as well.
When bringing a friend you will also be entered into our student prize draw where you can win treats like free monthly passes, climbing shoes, T-Shirts, chalk and other!
