Yes, climbing gym customers can work in the coworking area without a CoWorking Membership if they purchase something from the café.

We have a fair usage policy of 6 hours per month and 1 hour per day, or 12 hours per month and 2 hours per day if you are a student. 

If you exceed our fair usage policy , we’ll ask you to either buy a 1 Day CoWork pass or wait until the following calendar month before you can CoWork again.  However, for regular access and to make the most of our CoWorking facilities – like private phone booths, meeting rooms, and all the other membership perks – we recommend looking into our membership options. 

Our Rhino CoWorking space will be open as per our standard climbing centre opening hours. On top of that, unlimited coworking members, private workstation and private space users can access the coworking area 24/7 with prior agreement.

CoWorkers are welcome on weekends but the CoWorking space is likely to be noisy as the gym gets busy. To make up for the noise, the use of the meeting room is free on weekends to CoWorking members 🙂

If you require extended access, please reach out with your needs, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

The phone booth use is exclusive to CoWorking members. 

CoWorking members should be mindful of other coworkers needs when using the phone booth. Please refrain from using the phone booth for any meeting or call that you expect will last more than 15 mins and use the meeting room instead.

Whether you are getting 30h as part of your monthly allowance, or you purchase any 10h top up, any unused hours will roll into your following month availability forever and ever until you remain a CoWorking member.

If your CoWorking membership is terminated for any reason then any hours remaining will be forfeited and no refund will be due.

Remember you can always pause your membership if you want to take a break and not lose any accumulated hours. You can find out how to do this in the Memberships T&Cs that you can find in the footer of the website.
